On-Campus Lodging

Rooms in Smith Hall and Welch Hall (if needed) are available for overnight lodging on Friday and Saturday nights at a cost of $25 per bed per night. All reunion classes must pay the lodging fee of $25 per bed per night. Lodging is not available on campus Sunday night.

Individuals staying on campus must check in at the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center before proceeding to Smith or Welch Hall to pick up room keys. Residence hall check-in is during Registration Center hours only. Every effort will be made to house reunion class members together in residence halls, as space permits. Mail your reservation forms early to ensure you are housed near your classmates.

Most rooms are in a suite configuration with two sleeping rooms connected by a study alcove and shared bathroom. Each room contains two single beds. Residence halls are not handicapped accessible. For a more detailed look, check out the room floorplans for Smith Hall and Welch Hall.

An entire suite may be reserved for $100 per night. Please note roommate preferences on the reservation form after coordinating these arrangements with your roommate. Soap, linens, a pillow, a blanket, and towels are provided. You should plan to bring hangers, extra towels, and an alarm clock. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.

If you do not wish to stay on campus, please make reservations at one of the many local hotels and motels in the Delaware/Columbus area.
